American Green Consulting Group, LLC, is pleased to offer a Referral Program to thank existing clients who refer new clients to us. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the terms and rules below.
Legalese: American Green Consulting Group, LLC may also be referred to as “AGC,” “Company,” “we,” or “us.” Additionally, the AGC Referral Program may also be referred to as “Program.”

Terms & Rules

Program Overview
This Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by American Green Consulting Group, LLC (“Company”) to encourage existing clients to refer new clients. Participants may receive a gift or entry into a prize drawing for eligible referrals.

Eligibility
Participants must be existing clients of the Company and at least 18 years of age. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible.
03.
How to Make a Referral
Referrals must be submitted by email or through the Company’s designated referral form. The referred party must be a new client who has not previously engaged with the Company.
04.
Qualified Referral
A referral qualifies when the referred party signs a service agreement and completes an initial paid engagement with the Company.
05.
Rewards
For each qualified referral, the referrer may receive either:
- a) a gift or gift card of predetermined value; or
- b) an entry into a periodic prize drawing; or
- c) credit toward future Company services
The type and value of rewards are determined by the Company and may change at the Company’s discretion.
06.
Prize Drawing Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash unless stated otherwise.
07.
Taxes
Participants are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a reward or prize. The Company may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.
08.
Marketing and Promotion
By participating, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
09.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Program and in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
10.
Program Modifications or Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
11.
Compliance with Laws
This Program is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and is void where prohibited.

Disclaimer
This Program is not a lottery or gambling activity and is intended solely as a promotional incentive.
